(So, I tried to rotate it, but that didn't quite work, obviously.)
Blake really has not enjoyed coloring until now. At Children's Ministry on Sundays the other kids color and Blake typically just sits there looking at his paper after perhaps scratching a thin line of color across the page. But then we saw a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse where the friends all made art for an art show, and Blake wanted to color! And for about 45 minutes he colored on big sheets from a paper roll. He requested that Mommy draw some things for him (usually "big big BIG airplanes), but otherwise he just scribbled away. He would scratch a few lines and say "that's Mickey" and "that's Donald," "that's a big cloud," "that's a compbrella [umbrella]"! Sometimes he asked me to draw various family members in the airplane windows, sometimes he drew them in himself. It was super cute, and for a week or so we had 4 big papers taped up to the wall in the kitchen with his "art"!
