The other day Daddy decided to put Blake in the dryer. Nope, I don't have any other explanation beyond that. But it sure was cute.
We took Blake to the Frederick fair yesterday, and the tractors were definitely a highlight. Here he is with PopPa enjoying one particular tractor. He kept trying to press the middle of the steering wheel (but alas, there wasn't a horn)! Despite all the noise, lights, and activity of the fair, Blake still managed to spot every airplane and helicopter that flew overhead.
And Mom's favorite part of the fair - the animals! Blake wasn't so sure of any of them. Apparently it is a little difficult for a 1 year old's brain to make the connection between the pictures in his farm book at home and the big, noisy, smelly creatures he saw at the fair.
Dada and Blake were looking at a baby cow, born just the night before. Blake got good at making a cow noise (in process as I snapped this pic).
And then PopPa took him on the train (the only ride Mommy would let Blake ride).
Here is our little clown! He slept well on the way home!
